A deposit of 33% per cottage
per week is required to confirm accomodation. This deposit will be
forfeited in the event of cancellation. Weekend Bookings must be paid in
full at time of reservation.
The Balance of rental
is payable six weeks before occupation. In the event of cancellation
within this period, the balance will be forfeited unless the cottage is
re-let. Insurance against cancellation is recommended.
Gas and Electricity
used for heating and lighting is an extra and is payable by the client
before departure. The charge is based on individual meter readings and it
is recommended that the cost per unit be checked at the outset.
Covered by the rental
charge are:- Bed Linen, all necessary kitchen equipment including cooker,
fridge and washing machine. No towels. You should bring your own, if
preferred towels may be hired on site.
Possession of the
cottage may be taken between 15:00 and 21:00 and the cottage must be
vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. During the peak holiday seasons
hiring is Saturday to Saturday only.
The proprietors will
not be responsible for any loss of valuables or property lost or mislaid
before or after departure.
The proprietors or
their nominess may, at all reasonable times, visit the cottage.
The management may
terminate the contract if terms and conditions are not complied with.
Visitors are
responsible for and damage done or loss sustained to the cottage and its
contents; are expected to take all reasonable care, and leave it in a
clean and tidy condition and departure. A charge will apply if this is not
observed.
The number of persons
stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without permisson.
Dogs are not allowed
in the cottages except with the express permisson of the Proprietors and
at an extra charge.
